Window Film
With the country going green and becoming more energy conscious window film can keep out as much as 80% of the sun’s heat, thus dramatically lowering your cooling costs during the summer. In the winter, window films help to retain 15 -20% of the interior heat, reducing heating costs. The return on investment will be quick and impressive. A micro-thin material allows adequate sunlight with less heat and UV rays. All Vista window films eliminate 99.9% of UVA and UVB rays. This is the most complete ultraviolet protection of any window film product.

Window Screens
The most effective way to control the sun's heat and glare is to stop it before it enters your window. Once the sun's rays enter they are absorbed and begin to radiate throughout the room in the form of heat. Solar Screens work just like regular screens -- they let the breeze in and keep the bugs out. In addition, they shade your windows, keeping out up to 90% of the Sun's heat, glare and ultra-violet rays. Excellent for use on windows, doors, porches.

Benefits:

  • Pet resistant *Extremely durable
  • Excellent full vision inside and out *Good ventilation
  • Provides insect protection *Looks great
  • Provides daytime privacy *Reduces glare
  • Lets in soft light and breeze *Protect against fading and sun rot

SunTex exterior shading is made of strong vinyl-coated polyester fabric. Developed originally for use in outdoor furniture. SunTex is mildew and fade resistant and needs only an occasional cleaning with mild soap and water.

Window Replacement
Replacing old single pane windows with double pane Low E windows is one of the most effective ways to reduce energy consumption. Old drafty single pane windows are very common in older homes. Having a single pane window is like having a leaky faucet. Air is constantly escaping your house. Replacing single pane windows can reduce utility bills up to 30 % and reduces outside noise.

The name of the game is double pane. Double pane windows will save you money on your heating and cooling bills. They significantly reduce heat loss in the winter and can very easily reduce heat gain in the summer. It is suggested the a double pane window be covered with a special low-e coating (low emissive). Low-e is a tint that is applied to double -glazed (or triple) replacement windows which can cut down on as much as 25% of the sun’s rays into your home. This is a great thing in extremely hot climates. Low-e is applied at the factory-it is not a window film. The best types of low-e tint are difficult to detect with the naked eye. Low-e/Argon-filled glass reduces heat loss in the winter and maintains air-conditioned air during the summer.
