"I wanted to take the time and thank you guys for the excellent service. A week after hurricane Ike our air conditioning unit decided to stop working. We were already stressed due to the damage caused by the hurricane and then this happened. I contacted Ken and he had Jeff out here by the next morning to check the unit out and give us an estimate. By that Saturday afternoon Jeff and Ken were back with materials and started with the installation. They both worked hard on Saturday and Sunday late hours to have us cool by Sunday night. We are exceptionally pleased with our new AC unit! But most of all we are grateful for the quietness of the new unit compared to the old one. "For years I have been juggling from AC company to AC company, always being told lies about the AC systems in my house, and being charged an outrageous amount of money for services not delivered, until now. Our AC went out and I called Cinco Cooling. Wes, the tech helped us with replacing the coil; adding access doors to both of the units; sanitizing the systems and leveling the drip pans and the units it self, which I knew it should have been done years ago by the other companies I had called, but their price was way above my budget. I really appreciated the fact that I was able to get someone here that fast to check on the problem, and they delivered what they promised, and the price was very reasonable in the Katy, Houston market. I also liked the fact that the tech didn't try to push for things I didn't need.
