AC Heating & Ducting
Duct work is the system of insulated pipes and channels within your home that delivers conditioned air to a specific location. Indoor air quality is the measurement and overall presence of particles and dust that can be distributed throughout a home through your duct system. By utilizing filtering systems, indoor air quality can be improved and dust minimized.

Air Handler
Air handlers are an integral part of a air conditioning and heating system. It literally handles the air that is distributed throughout the home. Centrally located within your home, an air handler, which is made up of several parts, is used to move conditioned air throughout your home to specific locations.

Attic Insulation / Solar Power Attic Ventilation
Solar attic fans offer an environmentally friendly and economical solution to summer time cooling problems resulting from attic heat penetrating your home's insulation. During the summer, attic temperatures can soar to over 150°F, keeping your attic hot throughout the day and well into the night. The higher the temperature of your attic, the less effective your attic insulation will be at stopping heat from entering your home.
Installation of a solar attic fan on your home minimizes the amount of heat entering through the attic by reducing your attic temperature. By minimizing the amount heat entering your home, you will save money on your summer cooling bill and make your house feel more comfortable
Properly insulating your home will not only help reduce your heating and cooling costs but also make your home more comfortable. You need insulation in your home to provide resistance to heat flow. The more heat flow resistance your insulation provides, the lower your heating and cooling costs.

Damper Zones
Regulates the distribution of air for more efficient use

Heating Pumps
Heat pumps are typically a heating and cooling appliance that is used to move heat from one location to another location using a mechanical means.
Indoor Air Quality
Media Air Filters & Electiornic Air Filters: filters out a much higher degree of dust and allergen particles while at the same time kills many types of household odors and bacterial flu viruses.

Radiant Barrier
Radiant barriers are installed in homes—most commonly in attics—to reduce summer heat gain and winter heat loss, which helps lower heating and cooling costs. The barriers consist of a highly reflective material that reflects radiant heat rather than absorbing it. They don't, however, reduce heat conduction like thermal insulation materials. Radiant barriers come in a variety of forms, including reflective foil, reflective metal roof shingles, reflective laminated roof sheathing, and even reflective chips. A radiant barrier's effectiveness depends on proper installation. Therefore, it's best to have a certified installer do it.

Thermostats
Thermostats are devices that regulate the desired temperature in your home. Thermostats can come in several different styles and operating methods, with programmable ones being the most popular and efficient. Having a programable thermostat can save as much as $500 per year.

Window Film & Solar Screens
We use only Phifer Suntex screens. These screens have 80% to 90% heat stoppage. They are polyester based and PVC coated. No fiberglass is used. Many people experience a savings of 20% to 30% on their cooling bills during the hot months of April through September. While this can't be guaranteed, you will see a huge difference in comfort levels in your home. The solar screens can cut UVA rays by about 85%.
