Jeff, owner and President has a hands on approach, acting as a Engineer/Designer. He enjoys developing direct and close relations with every customer. In his twenty third year as a residential contractor, he has worked in all aspects of building construction. He went to UTI A/C technical School in 1986 and graduated in 1987 at the top of his class. Jeff went on to work as a service technician for several years. He began subcontracting with many of our known AC & Heating companies in the Houston area. All along Jeff had a dream and goal to start a business that would provide a job with sense of security and a future for dedicated employees. Cinco Cooling & Heating Inc. has now brought into its 17^th year a solid record of continuing growth and expansion still fueled by the very passion that started it all. Due to the rapid increase of high utility cost, Cinco has added a new energy efficient saving division which include: Insulation, Solar Power Attic Ventilators, Window films, Solar Screens, Radiant Barrier and the Power Save 1200. We are also proud to announce that we have recently expanded into a new 12,000 sf. building as of July 2008 and now have a metal shop to fabricate special parts.
